Every month I’m having my bill not auto renew. I find out around 28-30th that my phone doesn’t work, I go into the app, I hit “pay now” on the credit card on file, it processes the payment immediately, AND THEN IT CHARGES MY CARD AGAIN AND PUTS MONEY...
