Can i get a refund on my payment yesterday i did change my subcription and when i check my bank account i got a double charge on my subcription

If you use Change Now option instead of Change on Renewal, then that is normal PM charged you immediately to start the new plan. Public Mobile is prepaid and may not provide refund, but they may help if you make an honest mistake.

@Dran15 If you didn’t use the chage on renewal option then that would be why . If you didn’t use the charge on renewal option check credit card . Is one charge just pending ? If so it should fall off . If both charges are posted and the difference isn’t sitting in your available funds then submit ticket
