Double charge me for phone bill

Hello, on February 04th Public mobile send me a text stating that the bill is due on February 5th - 2021. A payment was made for $45.20 on February 04th, February 05th Public mobile disconnected my service saying I needed to pay the bill, when I call on the phone the automatic message says I have to pay another $2.26. The service was again intrupted asking for another payment, which was made for $41.81. Attached is a screenshot of the payments made to my account. Please reinstate the extra payments back to my credit card.

Can you screenshot your payment history page?  That would provide more information.  You can contact moderator for refund, but if you have the appropriate available funds, you can use for next month's payment.  Sometimes refunds takes up to one month to occur and by that time, your next payment will be due.

you will need to open a ticket with the mod:


To open a ticket, click on
1. you can either use the Bubble on the lower right or https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/, then select Account-specific issue, then select I need a human now. Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.

2. If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):
