I added a couple features to my sons phone for 10 days and was billed twice. How do I request a credit ?

- @Bacoppola A couple features equals at least two.. and you we’re billed twice…. More info would help…

How do you know you are double billed?
Does your transaction history shows double charge?
Have your credit card been charged twice?

Hi @Bacoppola did you add roaming addon?
Do you see on Payment History page on My Account that PM charged twice? Confirm if the second charge is in Available Fund. if it is, you can leave it there for future use
if not, open ticket with CS Agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact CS Agent,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click the the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
