Double Order Regarding 5 GB Data Plan

Hello, I ordered 2 sim cards at once under the same email. Upon making the second account I noticed that for Public Mobile we are only allowed One number per account. Therefore for the second sim card I made a new account. But here is the question since the I was unable to register the second sim card under the first account, can I still get the 5 GB data promo that was offered and since I ordered them on the same date? Thank you.

The terms of the promo states that the sim card you activate for the promo has to be attached to the email you ordered the sim card so would make sence you will only qualify for one 5gb promo...you should have associated a second sim with a second email

I understand they are non-refundable thats not the problem I ordered 1 sim for myself and another for my girlfriend. I wanted to get the 5GB bonus for both of us. The account that I ordered the 2 SIM cards from was through my own personal email account. But Public allows 1 phone number per account. So I just want to make sure I am getting 5GB for the other line as well.

@moamin1989  Just explain the situation to the Public Moderator team and they should be able to apply the 5GB promo to both accounts. The @CS_Agent are pretty friendly and in many occasions go out of the way to resolve similar issues. To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

@moamin1989I a sorry to disappoint you but SIM cards are generally considered non refundable.. the mod team might take a long while to get back to you.

I messaged a Mod to see what I can do since I was not aware that there is the rule of 1 number per account and I just made the switch from Rogers to Public.

@moamin1989   that is a very good question, ordering multiple sims on one order might not have have been  condidered.

@Alan_K   can you clarify if/how the second on an order can qualify for the one time  one day 5gb bonus data promo?

That is a good question, because everything in Public Mobile's world revolves around 1 email per account.
