Hello:
I downgraded my plan from $35 to $25 last month and selected Change Plan on Renewal Day.
I got charged for the new plan on August 9. And also got charged $32.21 on August 16.
My question is if people have to pay for the new plan and the old plan when people change their cell plan with selection on Renewal Day.

My husband also got charged. I have 3 payments for August. And $31 does not show on my Payment History. I have submitted a ticket. Hope this can be solved.

@betbetgz this shouldn't happen.
do you have one line with PM only? Maybe the later charge is another line in your family?
If you only have one line, was your renewal date supposed to be August 9 or August 16?
When you login to My Account, check the Payment history, do you see both charges?
Check your Available Fund, any amount there?
If it is really something that not making sense, open ticket with CS agent for investigation

Start by typing "Overcharge"
then click "Contact Us"
then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
