Little bit confusing regarding SIM size.
If you have Micro size and it is fixed size and you need Nano then:
- Get new 3-in-one PM SIM and transfer number to new SIM
- OR look on Internet how to cut of extra plastic and make Nano from MIcro. Been there, done that.
If you have Nano and need Micro
- Get new 3-in-one PM SIM and transfer number to new SIM
- Make your own adapter from Nano to Micro. See Internet for dimensions and how to do that. Been there, done that.
- Go to Telus/Koodo store and ask them if they have any discarded adapters. You can get them for free.

The smaller size can be "punched" out of the larger size. Do this carefully. Then if you need to go back to the larger size you can re-attach it.
You might be able to go to a retailer and ask them for their garbage frame parts. They're all the same.
