On March 15, 2022, I was billed $22.60 Twice!
I've been out of the country for several months and have not been using my cell phone. On March 15th, I restarted my Canadian $15 plan and paid for the $10 US Roaming Add-On. Tax would add a couple of dollars.
What am I missing?
Thx,
Erik

This could happen once in awhile and if you check your account and see the extra balance and leave that there for the next renewal so if it is the full amount your card wouldn't get charged again until June

$22.60 = $20 + tax
You bought $10 US roaming, did it work? Do you see a separate $10 charge on your credit card?
Did you manually load $20 +tax twice. If so, you would have loaded $40 in your account on March 15. Then $15 was used to restart the service and $10 went to US roaming. You would then have $15 in your Available Fund after.
But your April renewal date would be April 14, so, was there a charge on April 14 at all ? Maybe PM used the $15 Available Fund to cover your April 14 bill? If that is the case, you would have paid nothing in April and your phone service is working now.
Check the transaction history in My Account (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/) for the details. If you want, post your transaction since March 15 here and we can try to see if they make sense

Has your your service been suspended for these 'several months'?
Did you have autopay to keep your account alive - not suspended?

Could you give an image of your payment history. Is your balance possibly $15?
