Dose long distance call charge apply when receiving LD call from other country?

I don't have any  "long distance call" plan package except "free calls within Canada", Am I going to be charged for long distance call made from outside of the country to me?

as long as your regular plan is Active, while you're in Canada, you can receive calls from anywhere on this mudball...for no extra cost.

@Becool no worry, all incoming calls are free, local or international.  The LD charge will be on your friends overseas
