@DiaK For your protection since this is a public forum please remove your personal info by select the three dot above.
Those messages mean that you have used up your data. The Public Mobile data counter is very accurate. The only time that it might be an issue if your data counter was not reset properly during your plan renewal. (very rare).
You can purchase a data add-on to get back up and running or ask PM to renew your plan earlier.
To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

@DiaK Please use the 3 dots on the top right of your post to remove your personal information. This is a public forum. Log into your self setvice account and see if there is data on the overview page. If there is no data there, then you probably used it. They are pretty good at tracking the data used here. If you still feel that an error occurred, then contact a moderator and ask them to look into it for you. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
