Does usage history work in self service?

I am trying to look at my usage history for the last 90 days in self service to try and find a number I called in January. It only takes my back to February. Can anyone confirm that self service is working for usage history going back 90 days.

The furthest you can see if 90 days. If you want to see further then you’d have to ask a CS agent.

If your using the website then sign in and go Subscriptions then click usage history and click the filter button and click 90 days. Then scroll through the pages and find the number you’re looking for. 

If you’re using the Public Mobile app On the subscription page click Usage breakdown then click view usage history there go to filter click 90 days and scroll down to find the call.

if in those 90 day periods, you cannot find the car then it was further than 90 days and you would have to submit a ticket to CS agent to see if they could check. Click The text box on the bottom, right hand corner sign in then type CS agent then click contact us.
