Does this phone UMIDIGI  G1 Max phone works with public mobile network?

The phone will work fine for talk/text/data on UMTS/HSPA (3G). It will work fine for text/data on LTE (4G). The phone would probably work for volte but this place has severely restricted which devices can be enabled for volte and your phone is not yet known to work.

TDD-LTE: B38 /40 /41

I can't find the spec from the site, but look like these are the bands they have, BOLD are compatible bands

Standard UMTS. 850 900 1700 1900 2100
Standard LTE. FDD LTE: 2600, 2100, 1900, 1800, 1700, 900, 850, 800, 700

and these are what needed for PM

3G: 2/5 (850/1900)
4G: 2/4/5/7/12/13/17/29/39/66 (700/850/1700/1900/2100/2300/2600)

From these spec, it looks like it will work here
