Does this only for new customer ??

Hello,

 

I am currently on the $35/month with 1 GB data - unlimited call across Canada, unlimited text..etc. My question is this - the new plan of $35/month have $1GB of data plus 500 MB bonus data with auto pay ---- Does the new plan only for new customers??? if it is for old customer - how would i get the bonus of 500MB of data as i am already enrolled with auto pa!

@chanthea1982, as @will13am mentioned this plan is not limited to just new customers (unlike what other providers do), even existing customers can also take advantage of this.  I actually switched to this plan last month and I'm getting the bonus data (was definitely worth the switch).  Just go on to your My Account and go to Plan & Add-ons, then click change plan, and you'll see a list of all plans including this $35 plan with the bonus offer.  Recommend have the plan change take effect your next bill cycle so you don't forfeit your existing pre-payment.  Also, keep in mind this plan is a 30 day cycle only plan, so if you're on the 90 day it will switch to the 30 day.  I was previously on the 90 day and there was no option to maintain that 90 day cycle with this new $35 bonus plan.  So I guess just keep that in mind if that makes any difference for you.

If you are already on auto pay and you switch to a plan with a 500 MB bonus it should automatically give you the bonus when the plan changes. If it doesn't, contact a moderator here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/The-Public-Mobile-Moderator-Team/ta-p/....

Just change your plan on the next renewal..

The plan referred to is available to all customers.  Simply login to the self serve portal and make a plan change.  The plan change button is near the top left side of the overview tab.  I suggest selection the option to change plan on the next renewal so that paid service is not lost.
