Yes, it should work. BK just indicates that the phone is black... there is an ALE-L04 WH and that's because, you guessed it, it's white LOL.

Hello, this is my first post.
To make sure, check if your phone handles the frequencies that the TELUS network uses.
Steps that can help you:
1. Get your IMEI: in the phone app of your phone, dial a call to *#06#
2. Once you get your phone's IMEI, enter it on:
3. On that site, you will know for sure the manufacturer's number and model.
4. With that info, check the frequencies that the phone handles. GSM Arena is really helpful for that:
5. Compare those frequencies with those of the TELUS network. They need to match the following:
850 MHz CLR | 5 | UMTS/HSDPA/HSPA+/DC-HSPA+ |
1,900 MHz PCS | 2 | UMTS/HSDPA/HSPA+/DC-HSPA+ |
850 MHz CLR | 5 | LTE |
1,900 MHz PCS | 2 | LTE / LTE Advanced |
Cheers,

Hi @Kanthy1
If you buy this phone in Canada or US, it usually should work. If you buy it outside of Canada or US, it should work in 3G. Here is some compatibility check you can use. You also can put your phone IMEI to check the compatibility.

Hi @Kanthy1;
It depends on the sub-model. Some work do varying degrees, and some do not work at all. What sub-model do you have?

Yes, it does.
