Does rewards rebate still apply if existing customer changing to a new subscription plan?

Anyone to help to answer if rewards rebate still apply if I am switching to a new plan as I have loyalty and auto pay deduction from my current payment every month. Thanks .

I see there is a tab called Join Public points. Not to click on that if I prefer to stay with legacy rewards. Am I right ?

Sorry, I just now saw your question. There's a place in your account for "My Rewards" and in there it talks about "Introducing Public Points", don't switch to those public points and you get to keep your legacy rewards.

If you are talking about the legacy rewards, then yes, I switched to a new plan and my legacy rewards are still there 😁 They only go away if you choose the points rewards, so don't do that and you are fine.

Yes as rewards are tied up with your account not plan. You can change plan whenever you want and rewards (and some add-ons and bonuses) stay as is.
