About payment notification

I have a question about how to get  notification for my phone monthly statement ?Since I have old rewards plan I don’t receive any notification for my phone monthly bill, from next month I think the public mobile will charge the monthly payment first then deduct my points. Thanks

@Shirly19  They stopped sending those text alerts almost a year ago . Best to set 30 day reminder on your phone 

also note the old rewards system is being axed this may and replaced with the new points system also 

come may 2024 you will have to earn 15 points and you can redeem $15 off your bill from the rewards portal
