Does not recognize existing number in Canada

Hello,

 

I am trying to activate my new sim and transfer my existing number with Fido to Public Mobile, but it is not recognizing my phone number as a Canadian number.

i think there some issue in website come other day it's will be works.

@dawn12melhado , earlier today someone mentioned having problems with a 647 number.  What area code do you have at the moment.  If it is a new area code that maybe Public Mobile does not have any numbers with that area code, the database could be out of date.  Would you be able to activate with a new number and work out the porting separately as a second step?
