Does a call that goes to voicemail

I had a call today that went to voice mail when I was on another call. 

The inbound call to me showed in my usage as an outbound call.

Is that correct???

@Timer- Glad to hear you're at least testing and verifying things for yourself.

Checking voicemail from the handset uses minutes.

No other case relating to voicemail uses minutes.

All activity is logged in the usage details. Only consumable parts will matter for the counters. And only checking voicemail from the handset uses minutes.

i did test now and when i Listen to my voicemail and i did call from other device to that other number is shown in my usage as an outbound call.

I think Oracle should work harder, remove unrelated replies.  Some members here use the trick to answer anything to keep the posts up and try to take over first spot so they can change their replies later

@Timer- You keep wandering off into unrelated irrelevancies. The question asked was whether it was normal to see a call that went to voicemail appear as though it were an outbound call. Not how to answer it. Not that checking voicemail uses minutes.

And you are incorrect again to say that calls going to voicemail use minutes. Yes I know you quote where it says something similar in that effect. But as I replied, it's misleading wording. And you can test this yourself before continuing to assert (or repeat from references) incorrect information.

for e.g. if someone calls you when you are in another call, you will hear the to be in the phone and will see displayed that you have another incoming call or press going to voicemail.

if you check the voicemail, that is counted as an outbound call, and someone call is also will be going to voicemail.

Press Settings.
Press Phone.
Press Call Waiting.
Press the indicator next to "Call Waiting" to turn the function on or off.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
