@CS_Agent or anyone else,
I am wondering about the following situation. If I have a plan with PM with referrals for some time, then decide I want to port another cell # over the # I have with PM, effectively losing my # with PM, will I lose the referrals on my plan?

No, you will not lose referrals by doing this. The referrals are tied to your account not your phone number.
