Different charge with 2 numbers

My wife and I are using 2 numbers. We set up auto payment with the same master card every month. Why does 1 number charge  $14.95 and another number is $12.65?

If any of two of you used other referral code then one bill will be $1 less.

@HanLe hi it looks like one has autopay 2 dollars of 13x1.15 =14.95 the other has auotpay plus a referral or two 11x1.15 =12.65
