I ordered sim card for my dad on Nov 7 and received the shipping notification email on Nov 9 6:53 PM.
It's been 11 days and I still haven't received the sim card yet.
I sent out the email request on Nov 15 8 am, past 48 hours and still haven't received response yet.
Please help me out here. Really hoping to sign my dad up with Public Mobile! Thanks.

Thanks, my SIM card was tracked down and it's still in transit so they're going to FedEx Express me a new one since I ordered mine so long ago. @schoi0708: contact support via email!

You can message brooke_C to track down the sim card for you (See Brooke's post in this thread)
Alternately, if you live in Montreal, Vancouver, or Toronto you can pick up a sim card (locations and more information listed in this post)
