Did not receive referral money

I recently referred someone to use Public mobile. It has been over 3 days and they have recieved the $10. However, I did not receive anything for referring. Any way I can get the referral incentive?

@C123456  If your friend  got the one time $10 credit  then you will get the 1 point on day before your renewal day . They don’t tend to send out the cha ching text to the person that referred someone anymore but you will still get it no worries 

adding @C123456  they have been way of also showing you how many you have and when you referred someone in the last 12 monthes check your account

When you refer someone here, you gain Public Points on your renewal cycle.

So have a look at your Public Points statement now, and after your next renewal, you should see an extra point (equivalent to $1) added to your prior monthly values for the referral.
