I just made the switch from Bell to Public Mobile yesterday and I had my number transferred to my new SIM. It's been about 9 hours since I gave the authorization for the number transfer, but I have not received any confirmation from Public Mobile that the transfer has been completed. Despite the lack of confirmation, the SIM seems to be working at the moment, but is there any way I can confirm that the transfer is complete?

hi @yj94lim reboot the phone with the PM sim card and check if you can receive inbound calls and inbound text. if not, the port is not completed still. check with PM porting support team and confirm. I will send you the number to PM Porting support team Please check your community inbox
