Ordered and paid for Sim card July 13th, still have not received it and now it is August 1st?? Please let me know what we need to do now?

You may have to wait another 2 or 3 weeks or more even, ppl have reached out saying they still haven't received after a month, the delays seem to be getting longer and longer. Pretty ridiculous actually

HI @Cooter SIM card from PM could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. You are around that 3 weeks mark now, but I will message PM CS agent and confirm for order status

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

It could take another week for your SIM to arrive. Normally it could take a total of 3 weeks to arrive.

@Cooter - we are customers and members like you here in the forum.
If you are not a public mobile customer with a current phone number you can contact Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) by submitting a message(ticket) to them here:
Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)
Sim cards normally get mailed via regular letter mail. So you are dependant on Canada Post regular mail system to get this to you.

If you have order number you can ask agent for status: did they ship it at all and when.
