Conflicting logon Credential Process

Brent01

I received a text to check out the new Public Mobile site. Haven’t been here in a long time. Problem is it redirects to telusidentity.telus.com which is my ISP even if I manually enter the web address for Public mobile. My iPad automatically tried to use credentials for Telus. I eventually got locked out of both Telus and Public Mobile. I have now changed my password for Public Mobile and have to use the “send link” option for Telus to log on. What a mess… what’s going on!! Not fun.

Thanks for any insight to this issue.

Yeah, I changed my user ID. A few hiccups but got it to work.

@Brent01  -

You need to use a different/unique email address for each account anyhow.

So, if you have not created/registered for an account yet, you can do that here:

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Once you create your accounts(s), try logging into self serve through a tab in incognito mode. I found since the latest upgrade, this has been less finicky for me.

I would not use that link, you received via text.

Go to the Community page: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Public-Mobile-Community/ct-p/Public_Mobile_Community

and go to the top right to choose My Account or My Rewards under the "Sign In" option.

Hope it all works well for you.

Thanks for the follow up. I want to avoid using the same credentials for two different accounts so I will slug on with the current situation.

@Brent01   you were on the right page  🙂

Telus owns PM and PM My Account is now hosted on Telus server, that's why you see telusidentity.telus.com

You just need to manually enter your PM username (email address used)

If your browser has trouble , you can either use a different browser (Chrome or firefox) or try incognito mode
