I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with the US call, text, and data plan
that I purchased on August 21 for $33.90. I added this plan to my account in preparation for my
travel to the US on August 22. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that the service was not
activated, and I was unable to use the plan. It caused a lot of difficulty during my travel. There is
no contact number or email for customer service.

How can the amount be refunded and compensate for my suffering

HI @sunilc62 

did you not see the bundle showing on the add-on section on My Account?  if you see it there, then the addon was purchased and added, what you have could be an problem with setting up roaming on your phone

To use roaming, make sure you enable Roaming mobile data on your phone.  Also, on the Connection page, for Mobile Network, use Manual instead of Automatic and manually choose T-Mobile or AT&T or Verizon.  Try them all and see which one works.  Also, better to change the network mode to 4G or LTE and not use 5G for now.

if you don't see the bundle showing on the My Account, then PM might not have added the bundle addon to your account, you will have to open ticket with PM agent and they will help

@sunilc62  sorry to hear of your suffering during that time.

No phone number or contact number for Public Mobile  no. 

You have to use the orange bubble bottom right if your screen to open a ticket with them. Hopefully they will be able to assist you. Generally no refund but they will discuss with you when you contact them.
