I am looking to port my phone number to a main provider and seemed to have misplaced my sim card. I also have not created a self serve account and when I try to do so it texts me a verification code that I do not have access to. Can you please let me know what the workaround is? I need to have the top up voucher applied to my account immediately so that I can then port out the number.
