Did a wrong payment

Hi instead of paying $16.50, by accidentally I paid $165.00. How can I get the money back in my bank account. Please

I highly suggest against contacting the bank in a situaiton such as this.  When this payment gets disputed, this will cause even more headaches for the customer.  Public Mobile may very well refuse to accept any further payments from this customer's cards and will sometimes request that the payment amount for the plan be repaid by money order. The service may also get suspended.

If you are not desperate for $$$, you can leave it on your account and it will used for next 9-10 renewals.

Just type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private messaging might take longer.

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.
