Did LTE plan prices go up again?

I just did a check on the plan prices... yes, I am still shopping around for my other line... and I noticed the following prices:

$195 90 Day, Canadawide, Global text, 9G LTE

$240 90 Day, Canadawide, Global text, 18G LTE

I remember them being $185 and $225 respectively. I don't have an elephant's memory, but I'm also not that old. Anyways, I definitely don't recall a PM plan at $80/m ($240/3).

Solved. Difference between Province wide and Canada wide. No changes.
