I jeep trying to add funds and it keeps saying Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later. I've tried for 14 hours now and still isn't working. Phone is now disconnected. Please help.

@Tgapp 14 hours and still My Account issues, that is no good.
Are you needing your 4 digit account PIN? Can you go here under Profile and reset it?
Does it allow you to do this in an incognito tab?
If issues persist for the above and making a payment, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

Do you know your 4 digit account #? Or can you access it in your account to change it? You could then make a payment via 611 and use your card on file to reactivate your service.

Crap....nothing wants to be easy does it? Do you have a different device to use to log in? Otherwise there are two choices contact customer support or buy a voucher. Do you have a Shell station or a 7/11 nearby?

How do I find my pin when signed in? When I go to profile pin and password are all blank and I can't click in them

Okay I've tried clearing cache, using incognito and nothings working. I tried calling 611 but I don't know my pin.
Signed in I go to my profile but pin will not allow me to click in it. This is beyond frustrating.

Depending on your device using secret/incognito mode in chrome may work (works great for me) or for others they find firefox dark mode works for them (nightmare for me) or I have also had no issues using samsung's secret mode.

@Tgapp try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device.
But best and easiest way, I find, is opening a tab in incognito mode then log in this way.
