Delivery of SIM card

I had ordered a SIM card on the 10th of August, now 4th of September and I have heard nothing about delivery. Tried finding a a help page for this to get it re delivered, but nothing. Is there anything to fix this?

@Fin1  it should have been received by now. Usually 10 business. 

You can find a local Telus/ Koodo/mobile Klink shop and see if they sell it and purchase right away for $10.

Or oder from Amazon. 

Once you have the SIM, you can use the chatbot to ask PM IF, they are able to credit you for the extra $10.
