You can get code sent to email. Under where you enter code select did not getcode an sent to email. As for new phone just take card out of old phone and put in and it will work you will just need to go through the phone setup.
If you can't get the card from the old phone you can use a new card as long a it was never used. Just download the app and o think it under account ans select something like add sim or change sim
