yes, if you deleted the eSIM, the same one cannot be reinstall
you can try to login PM app and buy a new eSIM
but if you cannot login PM app because you cannot receive 2FA, you will need PM support agent to help. You can submit ticket by direct message:

downlaod the app to your cell; log in to your account and buy a new esim....might be free as a replacement esim.
