Hi,
i foolishly deleted my ESIM welcome email (from the trash too!) how can I get another email sent as I realize I must have missed my QR code

Ended up figuring it out… had my SIM card in too and the profile for the eSIM was already activated but wasn’t turned on under cellular.

If your eSIM is activated on your phone. You just need the eSIM number on your account.
If it is an iPhone, you can retrieve the deleted email.
If that fails, just click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket to contact an agent.

Oh no! That's such an annoying mistake, I've been there with emails too. If you can't recover the email I think you'll have to open a ticket through the chatbot here for customer service to resend it. It could take a day or so for them to get to your ticket unfortunately
