Cant Receive Text and incoming call

Just transfered my number to public. I can make a call to others. But i cant receive text and incoming call

I'm not sure if your problem has been solved yet or not, but I had a very similar problem and it was fixed by messaging the CS team and having them refresh my account. I'm getting calls/texts now.

There's is no text message that acknowledges receipt of that reply.   How long ago did you make the "YES" reply?  It can take a few hours for the transfer to complete.

This means that the phone number has not been transferred.  Did you reply to the text message from the old carrier to approve the transfer?

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.  If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls work, then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
