So with this new website for "My Account"... How do you completely remove/delete a card on file?..Old site you could go to "Manage My card" and remove the card.

You could also change it to an empty visa gift card.

You have to contact agent as now only they can delete your CC info from the PM account. As of now you can only update CC info.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.
