Hello,
I had a couple of GB Bonus Holiday Mobile Data in my account that seems to have disappeared after transitioning to the new system / look. All I see is the Bonus addon LD minutes.
Can someone help to restore this mobile data?

If you are 100% sure you did not use them by accident then:
Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try force refresh.
Force-refreshing a page will clear that page's cache, allowing you to see the most recent version of the page as opposed to any information your browser saved in the past: CTRL+F5 or Ctrl+refresh icon (PC).

@NM2000 you sure you didn't used them all ? When was the last time you definitely see them there?
It could also be just browser issue. Try to login to My Account using Incognito mode (InPrivate mode) or try to logon with a completely different browser (Edge/Firefor/Chrome) to get the most accurate reading
If you still don't see it there and would like to confirm if those add-ons were all used up, open ticket with PM Support
