Where is a number where I can talk to a real person and my debit card won't go throught with the payment why

There is no Call Center or call-in Customer Support per se. The Community Forum members or Simple Simon & The Moderators are your first line responders.
A bit more info please...what brand of debit card you using. Only the Visa debit is accepted at Public Mobile. If you have a Visa debit registered on your account for autopay...try calling 611.
You can also get a payment voucher from your local Shell Station or other retail supplier, then call 611 to activate your account. Also try on-line payment services like recharge.com or ding.com...both have good reputations.
Later on you can figure out the debit card issue.

@luciengravelle2 , there's no call center support. The moderator team is customer service. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link.
