@Purilovnish You pay in advance for your service here. If you choose not to use it it's on you. Barring an exceptional reason, I can't see you getting a refund as you are free to continue using the service you paid for until it expires. Follow the info provided by @hairbag1 to ensure you close it out / port out.

remove your credit card info and Autopay. When your current plan expires, you'll have only 90 days to renew. After that, your account is closed down for good.
There's no refunds at PM
Edit, if you successfully port your current number out...your PM account will automatically close.
