Welcome to different.
That is your welcome email and the day you started. Hope this helps.
EDIT: Mine says "Your Public Mobile Activation Details"
Or you can just enter Public Mobile Welcome and can see from there.

@Itonlytakes1 the only way is to check it you got any welcome email from PM. Search email with subject "Welcome to Public Mobile"
if recent, check My Account's Payment History for first payment date or check Credit card transaction
Last, open ticket with PM support
