Is there a way to change your plan without registering a payment method? I prefer to pay via voucher but I cannot seem to change my plan without registering a payment method.

@bb6645 if you are trying to Change on Renewal, you can still schedule the change without any issue even you do T have a registered card
If you are going to make a Change Now request ( or you really have issue with Change on Renewal), then load up enough money via voucher first

When you log in to your Public Mobile account, go to the Payments button.
On the right hand side, click on Manage Subscription.
You will see a toggle beside the word Subscribed. Move it to the left so it's turned off.
Now your auto payment for your credit card is now off and will no longer be a source to charge.
Here is how you can use a voucher.
How to use a Voucher on Public Mobile Website
Log into your account. On the left side you will see Payments. Click on Payments.
The next page you'll see on the right side, Redeem Payment Voucher.
Then enter the payment voucher code, click add, then click on redeem payment voucher.
Congrats, it’s done.

@bb6645 If you have enough money loaded on to your account I’m available funds you should be able to change plan . If your having issues you can tap the message bubble bottom right of the screen and contact support to help
