I Used all data and  I bought an extra. i

It charged my credit card $15. Can you check my account as the data wasn’t added and I can’t access Cellular.

@ryanbfriedman  Buying add-on is a 2 steps process:

1. Load fund

2. Actual buying of the addon

Many did loading the fund and unaware that they need to go back and buy the addon after

Do you see $15 sitting as Available Fund in your My Account?  If so, then yes, you missed step 2.  Please go back and buy the addon now.  Pm will not charge you again but will use the fund in Available Fund for the purchase

You probably didn't do the second step of buying the add-on. You probably still see the $15 in your balance. Go back to purchasing and buy the add-on with the money in your balance.
