I had bought the wrong data I am from Canada and I choose the u.s data roaming or international one by mistake can you help me switch it to the Canada data roaming please

Only support agents can help you with that request. Create a ticket via chatbot or send them a direct msg at CS_Agent.

I am assuming you are on the $15/month plan. 
The CS_Agent should gladly help you on changing your Add-on data.

If you chose the incorrect add-on and didn't use it (or hardly used it), chances are the Customer Support Agents will remove it and place the funds used to purchase it into your Available Balance such that you may select the desired add-on instead.

 

This happens regularly enough for us to be sure they will accommodate this request for you, however always good to ask nicely for this.

PM is a prepaid service and generally no refund.

 

HOWEVER, PM support will usually help if you open ticket and explain.  So, open a ticket with them.    

Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. Type "Wrong Add-on / plan purhcased"
  2. Then click "Contact Us"
  3. and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):
