@Justinee   Try rebooting your phone.  You can also try the lost/stolen trick, log into your account, select plans/add-ons tab, then lost/stolen, suspend service, log out, wait a few mins, log back in and resume service and restart your phone.

@Justinee are you sure that your plan was reset? Maybe the renewal date has not come yet? Maybe the data was reset, but some of the apps decided to update itself? Is it plan data or some of data addon data? If everything is normal from your side, then yes, contact mods, and they will help you with the case.

Hello @Justinee ,

 

What does it say under your STATUS and Plan Details on your self serve account?

Maybe you had a Addon or a promotional addon that was on your account, they just get used up until finished.

 

Are you able to use your data at all?

 

I feel there must be an explanation here. What other details can you provide?
