Public Mobile sent a message on April 28 at 2:10pm offering 4g data for $26 per month. I replied Yes to the offer but when I check online, I only have 1g data. Please advise

PM uses 30 days cycle and not monthly. So, the cycle starts date won't be 21st of each month but will move up, usually move up a day every 2 months.
Please login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to confirm when will next cycle start date be
if you just started a cycle and no plan change, please open ticket with PM support

your new plan should take effect on your next regular plan renewal. What date is renewal scheduled ?

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

@Bapu If you replied YES to the text message the plan should change over on your next renewal date , so you don’t lose money doing an immediate plan change .
adding April is only 30 days and pm plans are 30 days so your plan change should take effect tomorrow or after midnight tonight sometime

So your renewal date has since passed? Refresh the system and check again.
When you log into your Account, does the information show the new or old plan?
