Public sent me a text saying I used 100% of my data my data isn’t working but I log into my account it says I still have 4.85 gigs left on my plan

@Curti5 - check to see if your phone has a data limit set in the settings of your device. If so, this can cut your data off from a device level and can also prompt you with warnings. So check your phone settings if this was a message from your phone and adjust as needed.

Generally, you will use Incognito mode and take that as your correct usage
Or you can call *611 for the correct usage there

@Curti5 hi you may be looking at a cached version of your data,delete your cache and cookies or use a different browser in secret or incognito mode restart your phone and sign back in to see if your data updates

You might be seeing a cached version. Clear browser cache and cookies and log in again in incognito.
