HI @YJW How long was before? Was it still working yesterday?
If you have checked My Account and see you still have data left , maybe you should try to perform a network reset. Especially if you used this phone on other network before, LG might need a network reset or even factory reset to get the data working again

It is probably not the case but to double check. Is your Cellular Data setting is enabled?

My suggestion as a first step would be to review your Self Serve account to see how much data is remaining. if under Data and Add-ons, there are no data counters shown, this means that all data has already been used.

What make and model of phone? Are you new or has data worked here before?
