HI @YJW   How long was before?  Was it still working yesterday?

If you have checked My Account and see you still have data left , maybe you should try to perform a network reset.   Especially if you used this phone on other network before, LG might need a network reset or even factory reset to get the data working again

It is probably not the case but to double check. Is your Cellular Data setting is enabled?

If you DO HAVE data showing as remaining in your My Data & Add-On's section, then try:

1. toggling airplane mode on/off
2. resetting your device network settings
3. rebooting your device
4. removing SIM, then reinsert it
5. you might also want to try manually switching the network to 3G only, then try your DATA

My suggestion as a first step would be to review your Self Serve account to see how much data is remaining. if under Data and Add-ons, there are no data counters shown, this means that all data has already been used.
