Is there anything special I have to do to access 10 more GB of Data from my rewards?

just make sure you have at least 10 Reward points to redeem for the 10GB's data / 30 day add-on.

if using reward points, just redeem if you have enough points.  But remember, data add-on has 30 days expiration, and reality is that it will be used only from the day you redeemed to next cycle start date.  Don't redeem too much data , redeem enough to be used till end of your current cycle
