I just started with PM and my data won’t work. It’s been about 7 hours since a signed up.

Thanks, everyone. I had a sim card in the phone still from a previous provider🤦‍♂️.

As soon as I removed it, it worked perfectly. Thanks again for your help with troubleshooting.

Thanks everyone. I tried some of the replies, but I seemed to get traction when I went to cellular data and turned on “allow cellular data switching.” Hopefully it’s all good now. Thanks, again.

hi @IBoo voice is fully functioning? 

for data , try Reset Network Settings or try sim on another phone 

or tell us what phone do you have

make sure you've enabled data in settings ? What make/model is your cellphone ? Have you tried rebooting to see if that helps ?
