I get full bars for my signal but when I try to call someone, it immediately shows “call failed”. I also can’t receive calls. When someone tries to call me it rings but I don’t see anything on my end.
I tried restarting my phone, resetting network settings but still doesn’t work.
This problem occurred after I used data roaming in the US.

@Janetgsf On my iPhone I see Public Mobile, no Telus. Did you use PM for the roaming or a US carrier? Do you have an esim or physical sim? What did you see when you disabled automatic for Network Selection? Mine shows Public Mobile, Rogers and Bell. Is there another sim in the phone? Have you tried LTE or is it on 5G?

I have iPhone15. The only options for network mode is 5G auto, 5G on, and LTE

I’m back in Canada. There doesn’t seem to be an option for public mobile, only TELUS

@Janetgsf Where are you now, are you still in the US or back in Canada? Maybe try manually setting your network to Public Mobile instead of automatic to see if that makes a difference if back in Canada.

@Janetgsf it could be a problem with your 3G connection.
What brand and model your phone is?
Try Restart your phone, then Reset All Networks or Reset Network Settings and test
if still fails, try to change network mode to 3G and test again
if you have another phone, test the PM sim card there as well
